  1. Effective from 14 August 2025, these Terms & Conditions apply to all users of www.enimexstore.com and any purchases made through it. By accessing or buying from our store, you agree to follow these terms. You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian to place an order. All information you provide during checkout must be accurate and complete.

  3. EnimeXstore sells anime merchandise, collectibles, football merchandise, and related accessories. All products are subject to availability, and in rare cases where an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will inform you and provide a refund. Product images on the site are for reference only, and actual items may vary slightly in color or packaging.

  4. All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments can be made securely through UPI, debit/credit cards, wallets, and net banking using trusted payment gateways. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment unless they are placed with Cash on Delivery (COD). For COD orders, repeated refusal or failure to accept delivery may result in restrictions on future orders.

  5. We ship across India using reliable courier partners. Estimated delivery times are between 3 to 10 business days, depending on your location. Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed during checkout. While we work hard to meet delivery timelines, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or other external factors.

  6. Returns and exchanges are handled according to our Return & Exchange Policy. Items must be in unused condition, with their original packaging and tags, to be eligible. Certain products, such as collectibles, limited editions, or clearance items, may be non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Orders can be cancelled before shipment by contacting our support team; once shipped, they cannot be cancelled, though you may request a return if eligible.

  7. All content on our website, including logos, product images, and descriptions, belongs to EnimeXstore or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or share this content without written permission. You also agree not to use our website for illegal purposes, attempt to disrupt its functioning, or post false or harmful content.

  8. EnimeXstore is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use or inability to use our products or website. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. By using our site, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless EnimeXstore, its owners, and employees against any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from misuse of the site or violation of these terms.

  9. We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time, and the latest version will always be available on our website. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
