At EnimeXstore, all sales are final. We currently do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and shipped. This applies to all products, including anime merchandise, football merchandise, collectibles, and accessories.
Every product is carefully inspected for quality and securely packaged before shipping. In the rare event that you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing enimexstore@gmail.com or messaging us on WhatsApp at +91 93260 81571.
For any damage or missing item claim to be considered, you must provide a clear, unedited unboxing video showing the package being opened from its original sealed condition. Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.
EnimeXstore is not responsible for damage caused by mishandling, normal wear and tear, or issues arising from incorrect shipping information provided during checkout. We strongly advise customers to review their orders carefully before making a purchase.
