Refunds & Cancellation Policy
At EnimeXstore, we allow customers to request order cancellations only before the order has been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible under any circumstances. If you still choose to cancel after the order has shipped, no refund will be issued.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we collect a ₹49 COD handling fee. This amount is non-refundable once the order has been shipped, regardless of whether the order is later cancelled or refused at delivery.
If an order is returned to us due to non-delivery, refusal to accept, or repeated failed delivery attempts (RTO – Return to Origin), no refund will be issued.
EnimeXstore reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion. This may happen in rare cases such as when a product is found to be out of stock or unavailable. In such situations, we will notify the customer and process a full refund to the original payment method.
